How to Enter the Contest ?

Purchase at least one (1) participating product listed below shown on one (1) store receipt. Only one (1) entry per valid receipt permitted regardless of number of participating products on that single receipt.

Mail-In Entry

No Purchase Entry. Participants may write a unique 50-word essay on why the entrant loves General Mills Canada products. Hand print his/her name and complete mailing address. E-mail address. Phone number and birth date on an 8.5″ x 11″ piece of paper and mail the Essay to:

There is a limit of five (5) entries per person whether the entrant enters online or by mail.
