Who can Enter ?

The Fly the Coop Contest by A&W is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence.

When does the Contest end ?

The Contest ends on August 7 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

How to Participate ?

Registration

To register for the Contest, you must visit aw.ca/contest or flythecoopcontest.ca and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process.

Limit of one (1) Registration per person and per email address.

Stickers

During the Purchase Period, you can receive a Contest sticker for your chance to win an Instant Prize or earn additional Entries

Purchase a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich from a participating A&W to receive a Sticker on your Eligible Purchase sandwich packaging, while supplies last.

To receive a Sticker without having to make an Eligible Purchase. During the Purchase Period while supplies last print your first name, last name, telephone number. Complete mailing address, valid email address, age and signature on a plain white piece of paper along with a 50 word or more unique and original handwritten essay on “why I want to enter this contest”. Send along with a postage paid, self-addressed return envelope, to:

Instant Prizes

There are four hundred thousand (400,000) instant prizes available to be won as of the start of the Contest Period.

  • 15,000 — One (1) Regular Size Onion Rings — $4.24
  • 25,000 — One (1) Regular Size Sweet Potato Fries — $3.49
  • 50,000 — One (1) Apple Turnover — $1.39
  • 100,000 — One (1) Regular Size Fries — $2.99
  • 200,000 — One (1) 20oz Gold Peak Iced Tea — $2.19

Grand Prizes

There are twenty (20) grand prizes available to be won. Each Grand Prize consists of:
