Obtain one (1) PIN code by purchasing a specially marked case of bottles of Sapporo beer at a participating store.

To obtain one (1) PIN code without purchase. Write at least fifty (50) words explaining why you would like to win the Prize, along with your first and last name. Age, complete address, and e-mail address. Sign and send your letter in an envelope with sufficient postage to:

Prize Details to be won
