i was recently @ your Miramichi Kent store and immediately was greeted and assisted as soon as we walked in the door ! The lovely ladies there were super helpful , polite and its SO nice not to have to search for help ! (ie :Canadian tire) once the girl walked with us to the order desk .. the young man there Gregory, was also very helpful.. instructed me exactly how to apply for the Kent finance options . And also , later that day , i called the store ,” ,Mark ” answered , politely i might add, and took my info to have “Gregory” to call me back … well… guess what ,, he did .. !
all i can say is Miramichi Kent has a great staff and i wont even consider going elsewhere .. thank you for a great experience

Not everyone has cell phone coverage, therefore, they do not own a cell phone. Plus, cell phones are much more expensive than landlines. Just a comment, but customer surveys should be open to everyone who is a customer.
